Typically, regular Australia Post service takes 2-5 business days to deliver the seat cover to you. If we do not have it in stock, allow 3-7 business days for manufacturing. Optional Express post is also available.
We deliver to most international destinations but postage charges will apply and delivery times vary. Please contact us for a freight quote.
We will repair any manufacturing defect arising from normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage such as, but not limited to tears, holes, rips and gouges resulting from usage beyond normal wear and tear.
Please contact us at email@example.com if you find the received item does not fit, or an ordered item is missing. Do not return the item/s until we provide return instructions. Except weekends and public holidays, we will respond within 48 hours of receiving your emails or phone calls. If we have sent an incorrect or faulty item, we normally take it back at our own costs and re-send you the correct item. If the item does not fit your purpose because you did not provide us with correct and/or sufficient information, you can return at your cost for exchange.
Our seat covers are custom made according to the car manufacturer’s standard seats. If your seats have been modified, worn off or no longer in the orginal factory seat configuration including but not limiting to shape, thickness, etc., our seat covers might not 100% fit. In such cases, we might be able to offer customisation to better fit your seats, which would incur additional charges.
Statutory Warranty: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
30 Days Money Back Guarantee: In case of change of mind, you can return a product within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus the original cost of shipping to you. A re-stocking fee (5-15% of invoice amount) might apply espcially on unpopular models and/or customisation aspects (eg. non-default stitching colour, fabric other than premium neoprene, etc.). Products must be in unused condition and in the original packaging. Please do not return the item/s until we provide return instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
